Please bring a donation for the “Giving Tree”. The two causes selected for this year’s “Giving Tree” are “Whispering Meadows Ranch” and “The Family Life Center”.
- Your donation is accepted in Cash or Check and we take Credit Cards too.
- Your donations are tax deductible and we will provide receipts when requested.
Whispering Meadows Ranch
Whispering Meadows Ranch in Flagler Beach is a non-profit organization founded in 2008 dedicated to enriching the lives of those with disabilities and special needs through its recreational, educational and equine-assisted programs.
Family Life Center
The mission statement for our Family Life Center is as follows:
The mission of the Family Life Center is to provide essential support to individuals and families to end Domestic Violence and Sexual violence in Flagler County. The Family Life Center is a private not for profit social services organization providing no-cost services to individuals and families experiencing Domestic or Sexual Violence.
This organization provides shelter and other services such as domestic abuse therapy, help with clothing, child care and food. The Family Life Center provides a safe house where women and children are safe from violence.

Guest Speaker: Penny Decker, Master Flower Show Judge, NGC instructor in design.
Description: Penny will be discussing beautiful easy floral designs for the home and holidays. Formerly from MA, Penny loves working with Florida plant material. She will be creating several arrangements during her presentation which The Garden Club of Palm Coast will then raffle after the presentation. Good luck to everyone.

Gardening For Pollinators
Speaker: Evelyn “Prissy” Fletcher

Description: Bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, oh my. So many pollinators exist in Florida, and many of them have specific plants that they prefer to utilize. We will discuss the life cycle of insects, flower anatomy, favorite plants of pollinators, and how to take care of them in your landscape. All plants presented are “Florida Friendly”.

The Butterfly Advocate – Dawn Hudson, a Monarch Specialist, will teach us how to make our gardens “Butterfly Friendly”. Meeting starts at 1:00PM.
