Dear Members and Friends,
It is with gratitude, excitement, and a deep sense of purpose that I step into the role of President of The Garden Club at Palm Coast, Inc. Our club has long been a place where beauty is cultivated, friendships are nurtured, and our shared love of gardening enriches the community around us. As we begin this new chapter together, I am honored to continue that legacy while guiding us toward fresh opportunities for connection, learning, and service.
Planting the Seeds of Kindness: Growing Gardens, Growing Community reflects my vision for a club that not only tends to the earth but also to the hearts of those around us. Every seed we plant—whether in a garden bed, a schoolyard, or a neighborhood space—has the power to spark joy, inspire curiosity, and strengthen the bonds within our community.
One of my greatest hopes for the coming years is to expand our outreach to children and families. Gardening with young people reminds us of the wonder found in small discoveries: the first sprout breaking through the soil, the buzz of a pollinator at work, the pride of harvesting something grown with their own hands. By sharing our knowledge and passion with the next generation, we plant more than flowers—we plant confidence, stewardship, and a lifelong appreciation for nature.
At the same time, we will continue to support community‑based programs that uplift and beautify Palm Coast. Acts of kindness can take many forms: a restored garden bed, a shared bouquet, a workshop that sparks someone’s creativity, or a project that brings generations together. Each effort, no matter how small, helps our community grow stronger and more connected.
I am deeply grateful for your trust and enthusiasm as we embark on this journey together. Your talents, your generosity, and your love for gardening are what make this club flourish. I look forward to a term filled with learning, laughter, service, and the simple joy of watching kindness take root all around us.
Thank you for the privilege of serving as your President. Let’s grow something beautiful—together.
“Those who dwell among the beauties and mysteries of the earth are never alone or weary of life.”
