Selection of the Month of September 2026

The Garden Club at Palm Coast proudly announces Sherry and Stephen Bolding of Lake Success Drive as the garden Selection of the Month for September 2026.

Moving down from Georgia in 2021, the Bolding’s brought their passion for beauty and creativity to their Palm Coast home.

Sherry loves English gardens but now is trying on creating French gardens trying different shades and textures of green.

The front foyer has a miniature water fall surrounded with asparagus fern, monarch fern, nandina bush, snake plant and Hosta plant. On the opposite side a bench and miniature Alberta spruce surrounded with coleus and boxwood.

Their large front gardens with sculptured beds adorned with various plants, including caladium, Texas sage, ornamental pineapple, Iris, bird of paradise, coral cactus, firecracker, red crape myrtle, black diamond crape myrtle, mimosa tree and blue daze.

Heading towards the back you encounter butterfly bush, iris, canna lilies, purple mandevilla, purple salvia, foxtail fern, and amaryllis. azalea, sunshine ligustrum and coreopsis.

The back yard welcomes you to a tranquil sitting area facing a little pond with red crape myrtles, alternanthera, plumbago and pink roses.

The Bolding’s garden reflects their creativity, dedication, and love for nature, making them truly deserve this recognition.
