NGC Environmental School – Course 1 (via Zoom)

Kick off your Environmental Studies certification with Course 1 of the NGC Environmental School, designed to introduce key environmental topics relevant to all regions. Whether you’re new to environmental studies or beginning your journey toward NGC Consultant status, this is the perfect starting point.

Topics will include:
🌍 Environmental science foundations
🌱 Ecology and sustainable practices
🌿 Current environmental issues and solutions

This 3-day course will be held live via Zoom, making it accessible to members across the state and beyond.

FFGC Tri-Council Retreat

Join fellow garden club members for a fun and enriching getaway at the FFGC Tri-Council Retreat, held at the beautiful Wekiva Youth Camp inside Wekiwa Springs State Park. This retreat offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, build friendships, and deepen your understanding of environmental stewardship.

Expect a weekend filled with:
🌿 Nature walks
🔥 Campfires with s’mores
🎨 Crafts and hands-on activities
🏊 Swimming and outdoor fun
🌙 Night rides and more!

Attendees will stay in comfortable cabins (first 40 registrants will be assigned air-conditioned cabins). Can’t stay overnight? Locals are welcome to join the full-day experience on Monday, July 28.

Bring a fellow Garden Club member or a friend—everyone is welcome to connect, learn, and relax in this peaceful natural setting.

Richard Frazier Memorial Service

A memorial service for Richard Frazier will be held at First Baptist Church in Palm Coast.

Repast in Activity Hall following service. Reflections (remarks) will be heard at Repast following the service in the Activity Hall.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to The National Kidney Foundation of Orlando.
