At our November Club meeting the guest speaker Ruth Micieli made an excellent presentation on Cooking with Herbs.
She discussed a variety of herbs and showed examples. Ruth provided many tips on growing and preserving herbs and the application of herbs in cooking. On top of that she prepared multiple dishes for us to sample. Yummy!!!!
It was a wonderful event. Clearly a lot of preparation went into the presentation and demonstration. Thank you so much Ruth!!!
